When can I get my CPR certification card?

You will typically receive your official American Heart Association (AHA) eCard via email within 24 hours of successfully completing your training and hands-on skills session.

How long does the CPR class take?

Most standard courses take approximately 2 to 4 hours depending on the specific class (such as BLS for healthcare providers or Heartsaver for community members) and whether you complete an in-person or blended learning format.

What official certifications do you offer?

We currently provide official American Heart Association (AHA) BLS-AED training and Heartsaver certifications. Both certifications are valid for two years. We are also introducing Red Cross CPR and first aid classes soon, followed by AHA ACLS and PALS courses in 2027.

What should I wear to my training session?

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You will be practicing hands-on skills, chest compressions, and relief techniques on training manikins on the floor and tables.

Where are classes located in Fort Worth?

We host sessions at dedicated training spaces throughout Fort Worth, Texas, and we also offer on-site group training for local clinics, offices, churches, and community organizations.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed; however, we will gladly help you reschedule your class to an alternate upcoming date if an unexpected conflict arises.

Who instructs the training courses?

All classes are led by an experienced nurse with over three decades of professional patient care experience, ensuring you receive real-world insight and high-quality coaching.

Do I need to study or bring anything with me?

No prior medical experience is necessary. All required training materials, pocket masks, and barrier devices are provided during your session. Just bring a valid photo ID.
