About your instructor
With over three decades of frontline healthcare experience in Fort Worth, Texas, I provide supportive, hands-on CPR training built on real-world practice. Discover the heart behind Fourth Watch Training and learn how we empower everyday heroes to act with confidence when seconds count.

Decades of bedside nursing and real-life rescue
I started my healthcare journey as an LVN, gaining invaluable bedside experience as a dedicated floor nurse before earning my credentials as a Registered Nurse (RN). Across more than 30 years in nursing, CPR has never been just theory to me—I have performed it in critical moments to save real lives. When you train with Fourth Watch Training, you learn from an educator who knows exactly what it feels like to step forward during a life-threatening crisis.

A supportive and engaging learning environment
Emergencies can feel intimidating, but learning life-saving skills should never be stressful. My goal is to make every class welcoming, practical, and clear. By encouraging open questions, demonstrating techniques step-by-step, and providing ample hands-on practice with constructive feedback before any testing begins, I ensure each student feels calm, capable, and thoroughly prepared.

The meaning behind Fourth Watch
The inspiration for our name comes from Scripture: Jesus came to the disciples during the fourth watch of the night, walking across stormy waters right when they were in grave danger of perishing. That pivotal hour represents hope and rescue in the darkest moments. Our mission is to prepare you to be that steady presence and life-saving help when unexpected storms strike in your own community.
"Having a nurse with over 30 years of hands-on experience teach our CPR class made all the difference. She answered every question patiently and gave us the confidence to step up in an emergency."
